Norma Hernandez Ponce

MA CAT (Clinical) (Hons); MSc Human Nutrition; ANZACATA (Provisional member)

I am an enthusiastic student of life and the soul’s journey. I’m passionate about supporting people in their journeys of well-being, transformation, reconnection, and self-love. I have recently finished a Masters in Creative Arts Therapy (clinical) and I have been a facilitator, educator and nutritionist for 15 years.

I have personally experienced how creative and expressive processes support the exploration and expression of inner experiences that may be hard to put into words and facilitate mental, emotional and spiritual health and well-being.  My practice is holistic attending to the needs and wisdom of the body, heart and soul in a creative, mindful and compassionate way.

I have experience in working with adults, children and teenagers.
